Con Todo is molded by our understanding of South Texas Indigenous foodways, the crucial role of migrant workers in my family's history, the women that shaped us, their hardships endured for better opportunity, our deep-rooted connection to the Rio Grande Valley's food and cultura. We are an Rio Grande Valley taqueria food trailer in Austin, TX. Here we pay homage to the tierra of where we are from through our comida casera de la frontera, sin Fronteras.
