Sabor Sin Fronteras
"Set" in the year 2109 in the Rio Grande Valley, after many years and changes to these regions, borders no longer exist and the lands on both sides of the Rio Grande River are flourishing, people are now free to come and go.
The agricultural landscapes also have changed, and people have gone back to Milpa style farming practices stepping away from monocultures and giant corporations. The bio diversities of the lands have improved dramatically due to these changes thanks to the Amor Mi Tierra Initiative that was put in place by the people in 2056 that also rid of the environmentally disastrous companies controlling Boca Chica Beach also known as "La Playa De La Gente" (the peoples beach).
This multisensory dining experience celebrates the rich, complex, dark, and beautiful histories and cultures of these regions from the past, present, and the timelines leading up to this utopian sci-fi dream dinner series, Sabor Sin Fronteras (flavor without borders).

* Free Zine created by Chef Joseph Gomez and friends. Musical score was created in collab with Charlie Vela w/ Jonnathan Leal, some commentary and singing from Chef Joseph's Mother and Abuelita that will be playing in conjunction with the tasting

*Please note any dietary restrictions and or allergies, so we may accommodate upon booking. Each dish is carefully curated to fit this experience so any modifications or substitutions will be kindly declined.
*Reservations are booked specifically to table size* Please Do Not book separate reservations and expect to be sat together or near each other as we cannot combine tables due to the size and configuration of our space.
